CA Tech Talent is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Test Specialist to enhance our engineering team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our production processes within the industrial sector.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing and testing operations, focusing on the design, implementation, and upkeep of production testing apparatus. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external manufacturing partners to guarantee that robust testing equipment and methodologies are in place, thereby ensuring a fault-free supply chain.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Test Specialist:

  • Design and develop testing equipment and instrumentation, including data collection, processing, and analysis.
  • Assist in manufacturing and product evaluation processes.
  • Generate product and testing documentation, such as test plans and comprehensive test reports.
  • Devise detailed solutions for testing rig hardware requirements (hardware design).

Required Experience for the Manufacturing Test Specialist:

  • Solid understanding of electronic principles and logic circuits.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics.
  • Strong grasp of electronic signal processing and analysis using standard components (e.g., operational amplifiers, comparators, multiplexers).
  • Excellent electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with PCB design and relevant software tools (e.g., Proteus, LT Spice).
  • Familiarity with instrumentation devices and calibration techniques.
  • Background in a production or production support environment.
  • Experience in equipment development, programming, commissioning, and maintenance, ideally with knowledge of C, C++, and PLC systems.
  • Understanding of machine building principles, including equipment safety.
