Job Title: Part Time Community Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Community Support Specialist to join our team at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL). As a key member of our Programme Management Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our programme and project community, ensuring high standards of programme and project management are achieved in an efficient way throughout MBNL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Programme and Project community, ensuring effective programme and project management practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMG processes, tools, and governance, ensuring high standards of programme and project management are achieved.
  • Facilitate the administration of governance and change control processes, including Project Review Board packs and Investment Forum submissions.
  • Organize Programme/Project SteerCo, key meetings, and workshops, preparing agendas and packs to provide insight into key drivers for successful delivery.
  • Maintain schedules, financial forecasting in IFS, actions register, decisions log, RAID log, and SharePoint space.
  • Interpret and respond to Programme/Project requirements for support and information.
  • Proactively seek ways to support project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience of producing project plans, dependencies logs, and resource usage across a project.
  • Knowledge of risk and issue management.
  • Experience of working in a project environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Professional project management accreditations (P3O, Prince 2, APMP).
  • Knowledge of financial processes, including finance planning, forecasting, and project accounting.
