About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
