About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team at Excel Engineering Recruitment ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for commercial office blocks, car showrooms, care homes, and other establishments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits, and other air conditioning equipment
  • Work on a mobile basis, covering in and around the Newcastle and surrounding area
  • Perform air conditioning service and maintenance tasks to the highest standards
  • Work collaboratively with our team of multi-skilled engineers across the UK
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and build trust and rapport with clients
Requirements
  • Recognised air conditioning qualifications, including F-Gas and City & Guilds NVQ
  • Good working knowledge and troubleshooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances
  • Experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously
  • Motivated and trustworthy individual looking for a long-term opportunity with a forward-thinking business
