Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one diagnostic career guidance and advice.
  • Offer intensive support to clients, inspiring and motivating them to navigate personal challenges related to employment while enhancing their confidence.
  • Assist clients in recognizing and cultivating transferable skills, guiding them in utilizing relevant online resources effectively.
  • Design and facilitate group workshops tailored to meet the specific needs of participants.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local job market and foster external partnerships to aid clients in finding suitable employment opportunities.
  • This is a permanent position with a standard workweek of 37 hours; however, flexible part-time arrangements may be considered.

Candidate Profile: We welcome applications from individuals with experience in the employability sector or those holding a Level 4 qualification in Careers Information, Advice, and Guidance. Additionally, we are keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in various fields such as sales, hospitality, retail, education, recruitment, or training, particularly if you have a proven track record of meeting personal targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Digital Proficiency: A strong appreciation for the advantages of digital tools in supporting clients is essential. This includes proficiency in data entry on electronic systems.
