Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough electrical inspections and testing to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, including plumbing, carpentry, and administration, to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our facilities management processes.
Requirements
  • C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) qualifications with an NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
  • C&G 2391 - Electrical inspection and testing qualifications.
  • A certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition.
  • Experience working on commercial equipment or in catering or healthcare environments.
  • Confidence working in planned and preventive maintenance operations, in a setting where quality and compliance are absolutely paramount.
