Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to a culture of care, respect, and independence, upholding the values of Shared Services Partnership.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the service.
