We are looking for a skilled Assistant Bar Manager to contribute to our operations at Soho Farmhouse. The Assistant Bar Manager will play a crucial role in managing the beverage services within the establishment, ensuring optimal performance while supporting the management team as necessary. Main Responsibilities...

  • Report any shortages in bar stock, including glassware and equipment.
  • Accountable for Mystery Shopper evaluations and staff development initiatives.
  • Actively participate in management decision-making processes and attend necessary meetings.
  • Maximize revenue from all sales opportunities.
  • Support the House Tonic program and facilitate related training sessions.
Expected Working Hours for the Assistant Bar Manager:
  • Shifts will vary across the week, including evenings, weekends, openings, and closings.
