We are currently seeking a Full-Time HR People Advisor to join our dynamic team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Manager, acting as a generalist to oversee the daily operations of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the operational effectiveness and growth of the HR department in collaboration with senior management
- Engage in employee relations matters, including handling disciplinary and grievance processes
- Manage employee absence and related issues
- Deliver induction training for new hires, ensuring welcome materials are up-to-date
- Oversee HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance checks
- Support recruitment and selection processes on-site
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory or Officer role
- CIPD qualification or progress towards it is preferred
- Experience in the FMCG, logistics, or supply chain sectors is advantageous, particularly in unionized settings
- Strong relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to manage a diverse workload effectively
