Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team in Accrington. As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and fascia drawings using AutoCAD Electrical software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics with experience of the electrical panel and machine build process.
- Computer skills are essential, with competence in AutoCAD Electrical software (or Eplan) preferred but not essential.
- Produce multi-sheet electrical schematics, layouts, and fascia drawings from engineers' sketches/donor projects.
- Produce terminal, cable, and wiring schedules from the drawings.
- Work closely with colleagues at all levels, with the ability to work with minimum supervision and manage projects within set timescales.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Computer skills and competence in AutoCAD Electrical software (or Eplan).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum.
- The opportunity to work on a 4-day working week.
