Job Summary
The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Onshore Wind Portfolio Developer to join our team. As a key member of our renewable energy team, you will be responsible for the development and management of our onshore wind portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage internal resources and external consultants to develop onshore wind projects through to completion.
- Lead by example in utilizing project management tools to document, coordinate, and communicate tasks with delivery deadlines.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time with the correct quality of detailed content.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, solicitors, government planners, and community interest groups.
- Lead community engagement efforts, addressing concerns and providing clear explanations.
- Report to the management team on a monthly basis regarding project delivery progress, risks, and development.
Requirements
- Be a highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Possess a deep understanding of commercial wind turbine project development, gained through a minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale onshore wind development project management.
- Be detail-oriented, a charismatic team leader, and a stickler for task completion.
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of the onshore wind portfolio.
- Be skilled in MS Office and confident in presenting project progress to an experienced management team.
- Have an astute commercial awareness of how development choices, design decisions, and equipment specifications can affect project value.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

- Salary of up to £80k per annum plus car allowance dependent on experience.
