We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Evolve Talent Search Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electrical contracts, preparing cost reports, and analyzing budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Financially manage electrical contracts from inception to completion.
- Prepare and submit monthly cost reports to clients.
- Analyze budgets and estimate changes where necessary.
- Carry out valuations and submit applications to clients.
- Produce monthly valuations for current projects.
- Prepare variation quotations for projects.
- Present monthly cost reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in M&E Quantity Surveying.
- ONC, HNC, BSC, or similar qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Electrical qualifications preferred but not essential.
