We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee several large-scale structural steel projects nationwide. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site foremen, steel erectors, and subcontractors. Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail are essential for this role, as well as the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Management and supervision of site teams
  • Selection and management of subcontractors
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and health and safety standards
  • Providing regular updates to management on project progress and commercial matters
  • Proactive identification and mitigation of commercial and contractual risks
  • Maintenance of accurate records and documentation

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in structural steel projects, with a strong understanding of construction software and technical specifications. Knowledge of ISO certification and CE marking is also desirable.
