About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the project team and commercial teams, ensuring that all technical packages are complete, correct, and coordinated.
  • Maintain and deliver technical schedules in accordance with company values and project requirements.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier design approvals, ensuring timely turnaround and coordination with the construction team.
  • Monitor and update technical schedules, including bond, adoption, and utilities reports.
  • Review and coordinate design and technical-related issues with the construction team, development team, and sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage and control variations in relation to drawing revisions, construction programs, and costs.
  • Assist with applications for postal addresses, MPANs, MPRNs, and meter registrations.
  • Activate postal addresses with Royal Mail and monitor and obtain critical certificates for handovers.
  • Liaise with NHBC to discharge conditions and upload information to the portal.
  • Ensure all documents are correctly available for the document controller.
  • Attend site meetings and project meetings, and act as the principal technical contact during construction works.
  • Monitor work executed on site to ensure it meets benchmarked and designed/specified standards.
  • Manage, investigate, and respond promptly to RFIs from the site team and subcontractors.
  • Assist with obtaining section agreements and technical approvals.
  • Order telephone lines for lifts, energy centers, and pumping stations.
  • Assist in compiling home packs, H&S files, and O&M manuals.
  • Ensure all CDM documentation is up to date for the role of PD under the CDM regulations.
