We are seeking an experienced Treasury Sales Officer to join our team in London. As a key member of our Global Payment Solutions (GPS) EMEA Financial Institutions team, you will be responsible for driving new opportunities with EMEA-based Non-Bank Financial Institution clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to advance business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Design and present proposals for cash management solutions to clients.
- Deliver revenue and new business pipeline in accordance with defined goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Provide market feedback to management and business partners.
- Collaborate with Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit and Risk, Compliance, Product Management, Client Delivery & Service, Implementation and Operations teams.
- Represent Bank of America externally at industry events.
- Manage and support the development of team resources.
- Successful history of direct treasury management experience within the NBFI sector and/or treasury management sales.
- Promotes teamwork, customer focus, and a culture of compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with, coach, and mentor junior colleagues.
- Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
