Job Title: Waking Night Supervisor

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality support and care to individuals with autism?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Supervisor to join our team at Autism Together. As a key member of our Supported Living team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Waking Night Support Workers
  • Lead a waking night staff team across our Residential Services
  • Deliver individualized care plans to service users
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ / Diploma in Health & Social Care or higher
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
