Job Title: Waking Night Supervisor

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality support and care to individuals with autism?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Supervisor to join our team at Autism Together. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a waking night staff team and providing guidance and supervision to support workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a waking night staff team across our Residential Services
  • Deliver individualized care plans to people we support
  • Provide guidance and direct supervision to support workers
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ / Diploma or higher in Health & Social Care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others

Working Hours:

The post will include evening and weekend work on a 3 or 4 night on, 3 or 4 night off rolling rota. The working hours are agreed locally and are stipulated in the terms and conditions of employment.
