£30,000 - £35,000
This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in overseeing a leading family entertainment venue. Our client is seeking a seasoned supervisor to manage their amusement centre. While experience in the amusement sector is preferred, candidates with substantial management experience in a dynamic customer-oriented environment will also be considered.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handling significant cash volumes (cash transactions only)
  • Training and leading high-performing teams
  • Procurement and inventory management
  • Accounting for revenue, including the use of computerized systems
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 2 years proven management experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail (preferably in the amusement sector)
  • Understanding of key performance indicators and budget management
  • Proactive, adaptable, and customer-centric
  • Capable of resolving customer disputes and complaints
This role offers a fantastic opportunity in a fast-paced industry, requiring the successful candidate to manage the amusement centre with an entrepreneurial mindset. Flexibility is essential, as the position involves evening and weekend shifts.
