We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Touchscreen Talent Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve IT support issues, working closely with clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers as necessary.
- Work to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain open communication with clients throughout the issue resolution process.
- Take ownership of issue resolution, monitoring progress and escalating as required within a service desk environment.
- Collaborate with the team to implement agreed plans for installing or upgrading hardware and/or software.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation for IT systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft-based operating systems, with a strong emphasis on Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Server 2022.
- Strong networking skills, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Knowledge of laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other network equipment.
- Proficiency in MS O365, AD (Active Directory), MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set expectations and communicate results effectively.
- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification is a plus.
