The Role
We're seeking an exceptional administrative professional to provide support and assistance to our service, including taking referrals and responding to queries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain experience in an administrative role while covering maternity leave.
The successful candidate will ensure the telephone is answered efficiently and in a professional manner, process new referrals, and liaise with managers. They will also input information onto the database and contact external services via telephone and email.

Requirements
