  • Collaborate with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, manage contract reviews, and handle midterm changes
  • Build your own pipeline and clientele
  • Achieve targets in partnership with Account Executives
  • Provide comprehensive account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met according to agreed standards
  • Handle all queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments efficiently
