We are looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our Mechanical, Electrical & Fire Division.The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication and numerical abilities, thriving in a collaborative environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
Previous experience in an electrical wholesale setting would be beneficial.This is a long-term role with adaptable working arrangements within our organization.
The successful applicant will be engaged in the Contracting division, primarily responsible for managing the stores and processing all material and equipment order requests for the Electrical and Fire divisions.
The candidate is expected to contribute as part of the purchasing/procurement team, with responsibilities that may be adjusted to assist colleagues in completing their tasks and covering for absences.
Responsibilities include managing requisitions for materials and equipment while effectively utilizing existing inventory from the stores.Daily tasks will involve processing material and equipment book-out/returns for the office
Ensuring accurate entry of delivery notes into the system for all received goods in compliance with established procedures.
Monitoring orders to guarantee that delivery timelines align with the requirements of contract managers.
Operating various standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, and scanners.
Filing data and performing routine clerical duties as assigned, including support for other departments as necessary.
