Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex approaches and business solutions, as well as promoting customer/supplier intimacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement complex approaches and business solutions, including risk management approaches.
- Promote customer/supplier intimacy, both internally and externally.
- Negotiate complex agreements and risk/reward mechanisms for business case models.
- Deliver inputs for management reports and business inputs for business reviews.
- Provide leadership and governance in business winning and programme delivery.
- Demonstrated collaboration, communication, planning, problem solving, influencing, decision making, and continuous improvement skills.
- Technical training to degree standard, professional qualification, and/or significant domain experience.
- Expertise to be called upon as a commercial/procurement advisor for specific complex assignments.
- Commercial acumen and contracting management.
This role will require frequent travel between Leonardo sites, suppliers, and partners in the UK and occasional overseas travel.
