We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Scheme Manager to join our growing Share Schemes team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your career within a Big 4 firm, working on high-profile projects and developing your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing expert advice on share schemes and incentive structuring to clients
  2. Designing and implementing employee incentive schemes that meet the needs of our clients
  3. Offering tax advice on share plans and valuations to ensure compliance and optimization
  4. Drafting legal documents and supporting M&A due diligence to ensure seamless transactions
  5. Building strong relationships with clients and managing project budgets to deliver exceptional results

About You:
