Job Summary:
We are looking for freelance interpreters and translators who can provide high-quality services in various settings, including face-to-face, telephone, and video interpreting. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the interpreting and translation process, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and translate for clients in various settings, including public and private organizations
- Provide high-quality interpreting and translation services with 100% accuracy
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple assignments and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Meet the requirements of the job, including formal qualifications and experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and another language
- All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- You must be aged 21 or over
- Formal qualifications such as Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI), Community Interpreting, NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered, or Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages
