Role Summary:

We welcome candidates from corporate or commercial insurance backgrounds, including sectors such as Education, Public Sector, Property, or Casualty.
This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in supporting Client or Account Executives with placement strategies for insurance renewals and managing mid-term risk adjustments. Join a well-established, leading insurance brokerage that values growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Marsh Client Executives with the placement strategy for insurance renewals and manage mid-term risk changes.
- Gather and evaluate underwriting information on behalf of corporate clients to understand their needs.
- Prepare and present accurate market submissions and documentation in collaboration with Client Executives and the Placement Team.
- Utilize Marsh's online trading platforms to compile and negotiate renewal terms with current and potential insurers.
- Work closely with Client Executives and Placement Teams to create client reports for renewals.
- Generate and/or request necessary insurer documentation.
- Review and provide feedback on indemnity and insurance clauses.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing the complete renewal process for corporate or large commercial Property and Casualty insurance programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- A solid understanding of clients' businesses, their challenges, insurance programs, and service strategies.
Preferred Attributes:
- Energetic with prior client-facing experience.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt flexibly as needed.
- Cert CII qualification, with progress towards ACII being advantageous.
