Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Property Sales Case Handler to join our successful asset management business in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties across the UK, with the objective of selling each property for the best price possible in the shortest time scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the pre-market process, ensuring each property is well presented, secure, and in a condition fit for marketing in accordance with client requirements.
  • Review and select estate agents to ensure their suitability for marketing each property.
  • Obtain market appraisals and professional valuations to determine an initial asking price and achievable price.
  • Communicate effectively with estate agents, assessing their on-going effectiveness and agreeing price reductions or instructing alternate agents as necessary.
  • Approve estate agents' online advertising to ensure accurate descriptions and good quality photographs.
  • Accurately record and negotiate offers with estate agents to obtain the highest price possible from each purchaser.
  • Manage all costs accurately throughout the sales period, minimizing expenditure across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in residential sales and/or property administration is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good administration skills.
