Exciting Opportunity for a Sous Chef at a 4-Star Hotel in Leeds

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Leeds. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, stock control, and kitchen management
  • Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve business objectives and improve kitchen efficiency
