Wood is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee various projects in the renewable energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, and energy transition sectors. This role is based in a hybrid work environment, requiring 3-4 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team engaged in diverse supply chain functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant reporting standards.
  • Oversee the establishment and execution of all project supply chain processes and procedures.
  • Guarantee that supply chain operations align with project execution plans and budgets, adhering to established project protocols.
  • Develop and distribute project-specific procurement execution plans and contracting strategies, integrating computerized systems as necessary.
  • Manage the project status report (PSR) to track procurement timelines and communicate any potential delays to project management.
  • Facilitate regular PSR meetings with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of pre-order requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks, allocate workloads, and address complex supply chain challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts, including terms, schedules, and change control procedures.
  • Foster understanding among stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and responsibilities.
  • Utilize the Wood Approved Supplier Register for supplier evaluation and selection, ensuring ongoing performance reviews and corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that the supply chain team operates in accordance with the Wood Supply Chain Code of Conduct, meeting all legal and statutory requirements.
