The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business operations. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best, from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating.

You will be supported by Nested's comprehensive marketing program, which includes door-to-door canvassing, direct mail, and targeted advertising. Our marketing professionals will provide guidance and support to ensure your local advertising efforts are effective.

This is a truly autonomous role that allows you to run your estate agency business your way, while leveraging Nested's brand, products, and services.

Requirements

  • We are seeking an experienced estate agent with 5-10 years of top industry experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A clear understanding of marketing budget management, lead generation, and building a local valuation machine is essential.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach are crucial.
  • Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not required. We can provide support to help you build your brand and engage with your community.
