Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Birmingham.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including site visits, client meetings, tendering, and contract administration. They will work on a range of commercial projects across the UK, particularly in the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and submit tenders, contracts, and other project-related documents.
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Employer's Agents, and other project stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Construction-related degree qualification (construction or project management, quantity surveying, or building surveying is highly desirable).
- Previous experience working with a UK Construction Consultancy.
- Experience in Logistics or Hotel/Leisure projects.
- Confident in client-facing roles and working with internal teams.
