IT Support Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at Sy2. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering essential ICT operational services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate asset registers, including stock level updates and equipment handling.
  • Resolve IT incidents and fulfill service requests in a timely manner, ensuring smooth operational continuity.
  • Place orders with approved suppliers, managing the process through to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain procedure and knowledge base documentation for internal use.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in ICT operational delivery.
  • Strong experience managing IT assets and stock levels.
  • Experience resolving incidents and fulfilling IT service requests.
  • Competent in placing and managing equipment orders.
  • Ability to travel to different locations across both Forces, with flexibility for unsocial hours.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Desirable:

  • ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 certification.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
