Job Title: Head of Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Transformation to lead a programme of significant business and IT change at a leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of change professionals to deliver business and IT transformation projects.
  • Develop and implement a transformation strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise business and IT change initiatives.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex transformation projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the transformation programme.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in leading change and transformation in medium to large organisations.
  • Proven track record of implementing and transforming ways of working at scale.
  • Exceptional programme management skills, including experience with Prince, MSP, Agile, and Leading SAFe.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Management principles, including Lean Six Sigma and TQM.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
