Development Management Manager

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to lead their software development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the development team, overseeing project delivery, and contributing to code development, design, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor the development team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS)
  • Any Rust experience is a bonus, although training will be given
