About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Alder Brook, a vibrant SEND school and Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support and interventions to help children overcome barriers to learning. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
