About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maths Lecturer to join our team at London South East Colleges. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Maths-related courses to students of varying abilities, as well as assisting with the planning and organisation of Maths courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Maths-related courses to students of varying abilities
  • Assist with the planning and organisation of Maths courses
  • Develop and deliver Maths curriculum
  • Participate in marketing events and promote Maths courses
  • Work with the Curriculum Manager to develop and expand the Maths department
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience
  • A minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy
  • A qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this
  • The ability to articulate clearly and make presentations to class groups
  • Efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping
