We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all aspects of inventory management, including stock control, procurement, and supplier relationships, to assist us in fulfilling the business potential of our automotive brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and monitor inventory turnover rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Source and purchase automotive parts from UK-based and global suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and product availability to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Track movement of parts, monitor stock levels, and prevent stockouts.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations to forecast demands and adjust inventory.
  • Implement measures to reduce stock shrinkage and identify discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • A proven background in inventory, supply chain, or procurement.
  • Previous experience in the automotive parts industry.
  • First-class understanding of supply chain principles, inventory, and procurement.
  • Negotiation and influence skills through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving outlook.
