Job Title: Global IAM Senior Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global IAM Senior Officer to join our Global Information Security team at Computershare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of our Global Identity & Access Management program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze IAM-related risks and vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation actions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Monitor and review IAM controls to ensure they are operating effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IAM-related policies, procedures, and standards that align with our business objectives.
  • Produce MI reporting, Board reports, and ad hoc reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing CyberArk or SailPoint On-Prem Tools to drive access management infrastructure and controls.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Identity Access Management, with a strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CyberArk or SailPoint On-Prem Tools, with a strong understanding of access management infrastructure and controls.
