Job Title: Digital Producer - Brand Experience Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Producer to join our team at Source, a leading brand experience agency. As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for creating world-class digital solutions across multiple platforms, working closely with clients to deliver innovative and impactful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop digital campaign ideas that leverage evolving technologies and user experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with future trends and insights to ensure innovative and impactful strategies.
  • Oversee and deliver multiple projects across various accounts, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), secure necessary resources, and contribute to project cost estimates.
  • Work closely with clients to document their technical and business requirements, developing and implementing effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a constructive force within the team, focusing on solutions even when faced with challenging problems.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an agency setting, specifically working on integrated, brand, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience in the FMCG, finance, and B2B sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong persuasion abilities.
  • Strong background in professional client relationship management.
  • Proven experience in delivering world-class digital solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Some experience with site mapping, wireframing, and user experience design.
  • Experience managing projects through both design and development teams.
