We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to join our team at PGIM Private Alternatives. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing a full range of compliance matters related to our asset management activities in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct due diligence on clients, counterparties, and joint venture partners to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-corruption regulations.

- Minimum 7 years' experience in a related capacity, preferably in compliance, law, risk, audit, or a similar control function.

- Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders while ensuring an effective compliance culture.
