Indirect Tax Leader – Corporate and Real Estate Transactions

Employment Type:
Full or part time

Take charge of indirect tax projects for substantial corporate and real estate transactions, encompassing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and property developments.

Deliver strategic counsel to clients regarding indirect tax ramifications throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial assessments to post-deal integration or restructuring.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft innovative tax strategies that enhance deal structures, mitigate tax risks, and maximize client value.

Keep informed about regulatory changes and industry trends in both corporate and real estate tax environments, providing proactive insights and solutions to clients.

Mentor and nurture junior team members, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused culture within the indirect tax division.

Qualifications:
ACA or CTA with proven experience in indirect tax advisory.
Currently positioned at Director or Senior Manager level in indirect tax within a professional services firm or in-house.

In-depth technical knowledge of indirect tax legislation and regulations, particularly concerning corporate and real estate tax considerations.
