Warehouse and Inspection Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores and Inspection Operative to join our team at Stafforce. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for supporting the flow of parts through our finishing value stream cells.
Key Responsibilities:- Support supply and demand through machining and inspection stages, including the use of our bespoke Kanban process and control boards.
- De-cant and sort returns from sub-con treatment processes, including organizing supporting documentation.
- Inspect and prepare parts for machining, including visual inspection and put-into-round (I.D. welding needs, rework, and scrap).
- Raise POs for in-house/sub-con machining and organize delivery to providers.
- Support the flow of part numbers through the finishing value stream cells.
- Clean, final inspect, pack, and palletize for transportation.
- Complete supporting documentation for expediting orders, including transport needs.
- Basic keyboard use on our MRP system.
- Other duties may include consumable stocktake, consumable replenishment, and general stores duties.
- Experience in stores and inspection is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic keyboard skills and ability to use our MRP system.
