Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on estate management and landlord and tenant matters for the client
  • Deliver a specialist general property service, engaging customers and stakeholders to ensure effective use of the service
  • Work with other professionals and service areas to provide a seamless support service
  • Ensure all required records and information are maintained correctly
  • Use technical knowledge and expertise to analyze information, identify areas of potential concern, and recommend options/solutions
  • Research and evaluate current issues, developments, good practice, and legislation changes in the work area
  • Work with partner organizations as required
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified or demonstrable experience of undertaking general practice estates surveying roles in a public or Local Authority sector
  • General practice surveying position with focus on Landlord & Tenant work across a diverse Local Authority commercial portfolio of operational and income-producing investment assets
  • Experience of a local government environment
  • Car owner and/or driver
