Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our dynamic and respected market-leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practice. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can excel in lead generation and provide top-notch service to developers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and conversion of leads to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developer accounts, attending regular sales meetings and site visits
  • Provide professional and quality advice from the whole of the market, ensuring a fair and transparent approach
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor in the New Homes sector
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
