As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to commercial insurance clients, cultivating strong relationships with brokers and insurers, and negotiating optimal terms and competitive pricing with insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and insurers to secure policy renewals and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate optimal terms and competitive pricing with insurance providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Analyze and address client requirements proactively to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Support account executives and contribute to business growth initiatives to drive revenue and growth.
- Manage new business inquiries and renewals efficiently to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Continuously improve processes in commercial insurance handling to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial account handling or insurance broking.
- GCSE education (A-Levels or relevant degree preferred).
- CII qualifications advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (insurance broking software experience a plus).
