About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Administrator to join our growing Finance Team at Tallgrass Recruitment Limited. This position involves managing key financial processes and providing administrative support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage the finance system (Xero)
  • Ensure all supplier invoices are entered accurately into the system
  • Manage accounts receivables and payables
  • Handle various finance-related administrative tasks
  • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
  • Process employee and volunteer expense claims
