Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to provide personalized care and support to a teenage boy in need of complex care services.
About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for meeting the personal care needs of our service user, including regular observations and clinical requirements throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care services to our service user, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as required
- Conduct regular observations to ensure the service user's safety and well-being
- Support the service user with their clinical requirements, including mobility and handling
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication administration training
- Personal care skills
- Moving and handling training
- Pet-friendly environment
What We Offer
- Competitive pay rates: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
- Approximate hourly pay: £117.00 - £135.00 (per 9-hour night shift)
- Part-time nights: 9:30pm – 6:30am, 2 shifts per week (Thursdays and Sundays)
