Exciting Opportunity for an Oncology Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our clinical homecare company, providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver chemotherapy and other oncology treatments to patients in their homes
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and provide ongoing care and support
  • Work collaboratively with a wider oncology team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
  • Manage own workload and itinerary, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely delivery of care

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN and either formal Oncology qualification or SACT passport
  • Proven experience in oncology nursing, with a strong focus on patient care and empathy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use company systems and equipment
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively between patients
