Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a complex and varied Commercial and Civil Litigation caseload, delivering expert advice to clients and third parties, and handling court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and civil litigation cases, including contract disputes, debt recovery, and compliance advice.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and third parties on commercial and civil litigation matters.
  • Issue court proceedings and handle disclosure and drafting witness statements.
  • Instruct counsel to attend trials and prepare trial bundles and documentation.
  • Manage paralegals and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial and civil litigation law and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in Litigation matters.
  • Excellent knowledge of contract law and ability to handle complex matters with confidence.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide a personalized service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
