Job Summary:

Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic team in Kent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Litigation matters and be able to offer expertise in dispute resolution, contract disputes, debt recovery, and compliance advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex and varied Commercial and Civil Litigation caseload, providing comprehensive services to business clients.
  • Deliver expert advice to clients and third parties on a range of litigation matters.
  • Issue court proceedings and handle disclosure, drafting witness statements as required.
  • Instruct Counsel to attend trials and prepare trial bundles and documentation for the court.
  • Perform pre- and post-trial duties, including advising on Civil litigation & dispute resolution matters.
  • Manage Paralegals and Support Staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of contract law and the ability to handle complex matters with confidence.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide personalized services to meet client needs.
  • Experience in managing a team and providing guidance and support to Paralegals and Support Staff.
